  27. Study of the substitution effect of Mn doped in ZnO matrix. Zn(1-x)Mn(x)O (x = 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.15) powders were prepared by solid-state reaction processes.   32. Annealing effect on the photoluminescence of ge-doped silica films. SiO2 thin films doped with Ge nanocrystals (NCs) were grown using the RF-sputtering technique.
