Jose A. Fernandez-Gallego holds a PhD. in Ecology, Environmental Sciences and Plant Physiology from the University of Barcelona. He has worked in areas related to image processing, embedded systems, chaotic and non-linear systems. At present, he is working at D+TEC Group with the idea of use engineering and programming techniques into agriculture and plant phenotyping areas. The main research line is focused on the RGB color space, thermal and multispectral image analysis. His interests are centered on technology application development and their uses in crops and natural environments.
