Tiago Franco de Oliveira currently works at Universidade Federal de Ciências da Saúde de Porto Alegre as Head of Pharmacosciences Department. He has a PhD in Toxicology with extensive training in Mass Spectrometry and published 31 articles in journals. Dr. Oliveira serves as President of Brazilian Society of Toxicology - SBTOX (2020-2021). Additionally, he is member of Brazilian Society of Mass Spectrometry (BrMass), Hispanic Organization of Toxicology (HOT), Society of Toxicology (SOT-USA), and of The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists (TIAFT). His research is focused on development of Mass Spectrometry methods and its application in Toxicology and Metabolomics.
