Graduated in physics at the Federal University of Santa Maria, Santa Maria, Brazil. Ph.D. degree at the same institution. Since 2009 I am atPhysics Department of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil where in 2023 reached the Full professor position. My work is focused on the area of Spintronics and nanomaterials for sensors and actuators. Ussualy, my works have been published in high-ranked journals, such as Physical Review Letters, Physical Review B, Scientific Report, Journal of Physics D, among others.
