Dorothee Honhon is Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas, where she also serves as Associate Dean for Sustainability & Societal Impact. She received her PhD in Operations Management from the New York University Stern School of Business in 2006. Her research focuses on sustainable supply chains, waste management - especially minimising food waste - assortment planning, stochastic inventory management, and retail operations. Her editorial roles include Departmental Editor for Outreach at Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Senior Editor at Production and Operations Management, and Associate Editor at Management Science.
