Mariana Delgadinho concluiu o mestrado em Biologia Molecular e Celular em 2017 pela Universidade de Aveiro e licenciatura em Biotecnologia em 2014 pelo Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra. É investigadora colaboradora desde 2019 no Health and Technology Research Center (H&TRC) - Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde de Lisboa (ESTeSL/IPL). Neste momento, está a desenvolver o seu doutoramento de Ciências Biomédicas (especialidade em Biologia Celular e Molecular) no IHMT/NOVA, com o título de tese "Gut Microbiome Analysis in Patients with Sickle Cell Disease".
