Curriculum Vitae

Luís Correia de Sá is currently a PhD student in Law at the University of Coimbra, under the supervision of Professor Doctor Aroso Linhares, and a guest lecturer at ISDOM (since the academic year 2020/2021) and at the University of Santiago in Cape Verde (since the academic year 2021/2022). In addition, he is a collaborating researcher at the Legal Institute of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (since 2018) and a researcher at the ISDOM Research Center (CISDOM). He completed his undergraduate degree in Law, pre-Bologna, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Subsequently, he attended various courses at the Catholic University of Porto and a Brief Postgraduate Course in Biomedical Law at the University of Coimbra. On September 24, 2012, he defended his Master's thesis, specializing in the area of legal-political sciences, at the Portucalense University in Porto. In 2019, he completed a Postgraduate Course in Banking, Stock Exchange, and Insurance Law at the Institute of Banking, Stock Exchange, and Insurance (University of Coimbra). Since October 2012, he has been involved in academic activities as a lecturer at the University of Santiago and at the Jean Piaget University, both in Cape Verde. Among many other activities, he was the Founder and Scientific Coordinator of the Legal Journal of the University of Santiago; he served as the Coordinator of the Law Course at the University of Santiago in the academic years 2012/2013 and 2013/2014; he worked as a legal consultant at the Ministry of Economy and Employment of Cape Verde in the years 2015 and 2016. He is also the Founder and Coordinator of the "Solidarity Law" Project in Cape Verde.
