Paula Pereira, Nutritionist and Clinical Nutrition Specialist is an Associate Professor in Instituto Universitário Egas Moniz. She completed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences in 2007 from the University of Coimbra Faculty of Medicine, a Degree in Nutrition Sciences and a Degree in Nutrition and Food Engineering in Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde Egas Moniz. She has been the Nutrition Sciences Study Cycle Coordinator at the Instituto Superior de Ciências da Saúde Egas Moniz. Published 36 articles in specialized journals and has 2 book chapter(s). Also, she has been supervising master thesis in clinical nutrition and well as undergraduate final internship works.
