Mónica Isabel Teixeira da Costa has a PhD in Informatics (2015) a Master in Engineering Technology (2006) and a Degree in Electrotechnical Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation and Computing) (2001) all from Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro University. She is an Adjunct Teacher at the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco and she is currently the coordinator of the Computer Science Department . Her main research interests include Digital Signal and Image Processing, Reconstruction Algorithms, Multimedia and Information Systems.
