Rafaela Farelo Silva Tenera Marques. Completed the MSc in Chemistry in 2021/02/12 and BSc in Chemistry in 2018/07/12 by Universidade de Lisboa Faculdade de Ciências. She co-supervised 2 course completion of LSc/BSc. She published one article that was also selected for cover story in the Magnetochemistry journal, and she also have a second article accepted to Crystal Growth & Design as first author. She was a member of organizing committee of 2 international events, presented 10 posters in international and national events, had 3 oral presentation in three national events, 1 oral presentation in a seminar in France and participated in other 4 events. She participated in a Master Student Fellow in 1 project and Researcher in 5 projects. She works in the area(s) of Exact Chemical Sciences with emphasis in Inorganic Chemistry. She is skilled in synthesis and characterisation of coordination compounds. During BSc she synthesized and characterized new iron(III) and cobalt(II) complexes with hydrazide derived ligands for their ability to have spin crossover properties. After, during MSc, she synthesized and characterized luminescent spin crossover iron(III) compounds. Now she is a PhD student working on CO2 valorisation with earth abundant metals: From bench to pilot.
