Estrella Luna Muñoz (Mexico). As a researcher, trainer, and project manager of several projects focused on education, youth, intercultural dialogue, art, media, and information literacy, she has intervened in Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Honduras, and Cape Verde. With a Ph.D. in Education with Information and Communication Technology (ICT), she has been working as a Media and Information Literacy Professor in educational institutions. Seen as a specialist in using Media and ICT for youth empowerment and social integration, she is one of the Media and Information Literacy youth representatives at UNESCO MIL Alliance in the Communication and Information Sector. She is also a member of UNESCO's Media and Information Literacy Alliance North America & Europe Chapter.
