I have contributed to the disc sports worldwide development and I feel more capable of keeping the right path. My full name is José Pedro Santos Cadima Amoroso, 48 years old, father of two daughters with 19 and 11 years old, finished my PhD at Lusófona University in Lisbon, Portugal on the 20th of July 2022, I never received a scholarship, and, on the way, I had several jobs as a freelancer in 5 different places. I have always fought for what I believe in and at a different stage of my life, as a volunteer at WFDF in which I have achieved more than the initial expectation. I like to work and express myself in an open, transparent, and clear manner. I strive for the highest results and standards and work with clear and transparent processes, deliverables, evidence, and rigor. I am truly committed to those we serve, giving my time, energy, engagement, and dedication to what we believe in. I pride myself on my integrity. I accept responsibility for my actions.
