Kricelle Mosquera Deamici is Food Engineer (2013) granted by Federal University of Pampa (Brazil), completed the PhD in Food Science and Engineer (2019) and Master in Food Science and Engineer (2015) granted by Federal University of Rio Grande (Brazil), being one part of her thesis PhD at Ku Leuven University (Campus Kulak Kortrijk). Her doctoral thesis focused on the innovative application of magnetic fields in Microalgal cultures. Postgraduate Certificate in Security Engineering (2017) at Universidade Católica de Pelotas (Pelotas, Brazil). Postdoc researcher in Université Clermont Auvergne (France) (2019-2020) and at Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) (2021-2022) where she studied the different conditions of microalgae cultures and its effects on biocompound production . She has been working by 11 years on microalgal cultures and she has experience in the bioprocess area, with an emphasis on the cultivation of microalgae and experience in studies of application of magnetic fields in crops, biofixation of carbon dioxide carbon by microalgae, nutritional enrichment of foods with addition of microalgae. Currently, Kricelle is part of the GreenCoLab team as researcher to lead the development of new algae food products for human nutrition.
