Dr. Pasechnik is a well acknowledged expert in several research fields of high-energy particle physics and cosmology. Among the most significant published research achievements of Dr. Pasechnik are the first consistent derivation of the Cosmological Constant in the effective theory of QCD vacuum and quasi-classical gravity, the formulation of the novel minimal Higgs-lepton unification framework successfully explaining several observed features of the Standard Model, the first analysis of primordial gravitational wave spectra from lepton number breaking, the first successful quantum-field theoretical analysis of absorptive phenomena in hadronic diffraction, the first theoretical predictions for a number of ¿¿new particle production channels in central diffraction and ultra peripheral collisions, the first correct description of spin effects in quarkonia electroproduction, discovery of the proton substructure and the Odderon in elastic proton-proton scattering, among others. ¿Dr. Pasechnik’s research interests and expertise in theoretical and phenomenological research thus cover a broad range of advanced topics in theoretical physics including cosmology, astroparticle and particle physics, with major relevance for physics at future gravitational wave facilities such as LISA and SKA as well as at BNL RHIC, CERN LHC and future colliders, among others. He has delivered over a hundred talks at various international scientific conferences, and about a half of these talks were invited presentations. Dr. Pasechnik has also written individually or contributed to several review articles (being also connected with invited and plenary talks at major conferences and invited seminars) on broad topics of theoretical physics such as cosmological implications of strongly coupled filed theories, modern approaches in physics of quark confinement, formal and phenomenological aspects of thermal field theory, the status of the Standard Model of cosmology, as well as diffractive physics at particle colliders, central exclusive production in proton-tagged reactions at the LHC, the spin structure of nucleons, Quark Gluon Plasma phenomenology, soft QCD and forward physics at the LHC.
