Ludmilla holds a Master degree in Applied Ecology from the University of Aveiro (2019). Currently she is doing a PhD in Biodiversity, Genetics and Evolution at the University of Porto. She is interested in evolution, population dynamics and genetic variability of domesticated species, specially the domestic dog. She has developed skills and expertise in the area of bioinformatic and genomic analysis of ancient and modern DNA.
