Ishfaq Hussain is currently working at CISTER research center as a PHD researcher. Course work of my PHD has already been completed with good grades and now I am working on implementation of mixed criticality systems on multicore platform. In this regards I have already extended mixed criticality model for task set with sequence of jobs that have different WCET, it is termed as multiframe mixed criticality model and also presented three different types of schedulability analyses. Because of significant scientific contributions this work received outstanding paper and best student paper awards in an internationally recognized conference RTNS19. This work was also extended and submitted to special issue of Real-time systems journal for task set with arbitrary deadlines. Ishfaq Hussain has obtained his Master’s and Bachelor degrees in Electrical and Electronics from HITEC University Taxila Cantt. Pakistan. He has over six and half years of practical experience in the development of high-end embedded systems and artificial intelligence. Ishfaq Hussain is also editor of multiple research publications in the field of embedded systems, AI and bio inspired computing and Safety critical systems. He is also the recipient of a research grant by National ICT R&D Fund. His area of specialization is energy/performance optimization in reconfigurable MPSoC architectures, AI and bio inspired computing and safety critical systems.
