2019 - 2023 | My recent collaborations in poster/oral communications in national and international conferences have been mainly due to development
of HPAEC-PAD methodologies to distinguish uronic acids present in marine or plant polysaccharides and analyse oligosaccharides.
Neutral, (a and ß glucans with different glycosidic linkages, apple and pear oligosaccharides, and fructo-oligosaccharides)
and acid oligosaccharides (galacturonic acid oligosaccharides and alginate hydrolysates) were analysed in the scope of Yeast4FoodMed
and CLabel+ projects.

CLeanLAbel, and MaremPó projects were shared. These events included the European Night of Researchers in 2022 and 2021, a
European event that involves Aveiro city and the Techdays, an initiative from Aveiro municipality. “Mostra Tecnológica Mar”,
where “MARemPÓ” project was disseminated, and Connect4Food, by the Colab4Food where I shared HPAEC-PAD to food industrials.
