Experienced Program Adviser and Mentor in Business Strategy, Digital Business, and Process Optimisation. She has a MA in Business Economics and a PhD in Industrial Engineering, in the fields of data analytics and performance measurement. While working in business incubators, science parks, and different entrepreneurship programs, Belma has provided support to startups and companies in business & team development, operational structure, and digital transformation. She was also a cofounder of one social initiative and is currently a researcher at UNIDEMI – an R&D unit for Industrial and Mechanical engineering. She is also a lecturer in the Entrepreneurship Program at Nova School of Science and Technology in Lisbon.
