Maria Paula Coutinho Dias Morais. She holds a PhD in Technologies and Information Systems; she is an Associate Professor at the Department of Science and Technology at Universidade Portucalense, with more than 30 years of experience as a teacher and researcher in HE. Her main interests include information systems development, the use of ICT in education and the use of active learning methodologies in HEI. She is member of program committees for several international conferences and reviewer for several magazines. She has been a member of several Masters and PhD evaluation juries. She is a researcher in several Erasmus KA2 projects, and since 2014 an Erasmus application evaluator. She was also an evaluator of business projects in the IT area, in programs such as Portugal 2020. Since 2018, she has dedicated herself more to the area of University Social Responsibility, integrating different national forums (ORSIES, Social Responsibility Observatory and Higher Education Institutions; R - VES, Volunteer and Higher Education Network and RCS, Sustainable Campus Network. At the University she is the coordinator of the Social Responsibility Office, collaborating, therefore, in different projects, with different partners, such as: a) the development of the Green Book on Social Responsibility in Portuguese HEI, b) the definition of HEI Social Responsibility Indicators, c) the implementation of a project to evaluate Social Responsibility Indicators in UPT, d) the coordination of a publication about Social Responsibility Inspiring Practices e) the development of a Report on Social Responsibility Actions in times of Covid 19. She is also a member of the Coordinating Committee in the Volunteer Network in Higher Education (R-VES). Recently, within the scope of the partnership with Portuguese Sustainable Campus Network, Portugal, he joined a working group on the development of teaching skills in education for sustainability in HE. She is also a member of the Portucalense Pedagogical Innovation Office. From November 2006 to April 2018, she was Vice-Rector of the Universidade Portucalense.
