Starting my career as a recent graduate in microbiology, I am highly motivated and curious, driven by the desire to explore new fields and expand my knowledge in the scientific field. I have excellent individual and group work skills, having already worked in a research group where I actively engage in problem-solving situations and see challenges as opportunities for growth, with the aim of achieving the best possible results. My academic career has included theoretical training in various molecular and biochemical techniques and practical training: such as data interpretation using the UPLC-ESI-Orbitrap MS technique, NMR, liquid chromatography techniques (size-exclusion high performance liquid chromatography and fast protein liquid chromatography), extraction techniques using conventional methods (extraction with n-butanol and precipitation with ammonium sulphate) and alternative methods (ultrafiltration and precipitation with less cytotoxic solvents such as polymers and salts); protein encapsulation using aqueous biphasic systems, sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE); UV/Vis spectrometry and Circular Dichroism (CD). I also strengthened my training in bioinformatics, in the ability to use tools such as Protein Data Bank, UniProt, BLAST, PyMOL, ClustalW, MegaX; R/R Studio; basic mastery of MATLAB software, ImageJ software; basic knowledge of image creation and editing programs (GIMP). These years have allowed me to acquire considerable experience to contribute to the success of the project and improve my expertise.
