Hi there! I’m a Cognitive Psychology researcher with a huge interest in Human Perception and Human Factors & Ergonomics. I have been studying Human Perception and Motor Performance for 10 years. During the course of my PhD I have grown interest in the field of Engineering Psychology and suddenly became fascinated by the history of this field. To satisfy my curiosity I took a post-graduation in Human Engineering from University of Minho. I’m also passionate about user-centered approaches and the contribute user research can bring to product design. On a more personal note, I’m a bird lover and a proud associate of the Portuguese Society for the Study of Birds (SPEA). Whenever possible I like to spend sometime bird-watching or in introductory courses on topics such as falconry.
