Miguel Alves Marinho Rodrigues completed a Master's degree in Archaeology and Territory on 21st February 2021 and a Bachelor's degree in History with a Minor in Archaeology on 13th June 2018 at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Coimbra. He has been a scholarship holder for a Ph.D. in Archaeology and Prehistory at the University of Lisbon, UNIARQ, since 6th February 2023. He is a co-author of an article published in the Cuadernos de Prehistoria y Arqueología of the Autonomous University of Madrid and participated in the IV Congress of the AAP, in wich he co-authoed another publication. He co-organized the JIA 2023 at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon and the IV Congress of Pre- and Proto-History of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Coimbra. He works in the field of Zooarchaeology, particularly Ichthyoarchaeology.
