Svitlana Magalhães de Sousa Ostapenko

Svitlana Ostapenko holds PhD Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Porto (2024). Also she has Phd in Cultural Studies from Taurida National Vernadsky University, Ukraine (2012), with a background in International Economics and Management. Primary research interests span Cross-Cultural Studies, Business Strategy, Cluster Dynamics, Marketing, and International Business. With over 10 years of professional experience, including as Head of Research at CICET-FCVC, leading research projects on tourism, sustainability, and market analysis, as well as coordinating international conferences. A professor since 2020 in the area of Business Strategy and Macroeconomics at FEP and ISAG, fluent in multiple languages, with a strong international academic profile. Currently Professor at IPAM in the areas of Methodologies of Investigation, Cross-Cultural Communication and Strategy.
