Blenda Batista de Oliveira is an Adjunct Professor at Centenary University (New Jersey - US) in the Master's Degree program in Happiness Studies. Currently pursuing her doctorate in Human Ecology and Positive Psychology at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. She completed her Master's in Educational Sciences from SUNY Buffalo State College (2021); and is a specialist in Innovation in Educational Technologies and Distance Learning (Anhembi Morumbi University - 2019), a specialist in Positive Psychology (Happiness Studies Academy) with former Harvard Professor Tal Ben-Shahar (2022), and a licensed Portuguese teacher (Universidade de Brasília - 2013). Most recently, she worked as a Junior Researcher at a federal project in partnership with the University of Brasília: Digital transformation of Brazilian government public services, in which she led online workshops on agile methodology and conducted research on technological innovation for the public sector. One of the apps developed already has 70 million users - the Brazilian Digital Work Card, and the second app was awarded as the “Best Citizen-oriented Governmental digital solution” in 2022. She worked previously as the Education and Technology Coordinator at Escola das Nações, managing and training teachers in Educational Technology in: Portuguese, English, and Spanish, either in person or online. She also worked as the Latin America Sales Manager for EduConsulting in Israel and had international experience in presentations and training in England, Israel, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Peru, and Chile. She has Project Management experience in startups and business acceleration, innovation in education, and implementation of technological projects. Blenda is the co-founder of Happiness Revolution, an innovative company in the area of social well-being, quality of life, and promotion of practices that generate higher levels of happiness. And she also founded the company Alikia, Holistic Nutrition, which was classified among the 25 most innovative companies in Brasília in 2015 by SEBRAE-DF.
