Associate professor in the Department of Textile Design at Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University (AHBVU), Turkey. She is a research fellow in Erasmus Mobility (2017, IADE-European University, UNIDCOM, ID: COLAB), a Research Assistant (2012-2018, Gazi University), and has been pursuing a post-doctorate in Design at the University of Beira Interior (UBI/LabCom) since September 2023. She holds a Ph.D. in Textile Design (2019, Gazi University), a master's degree in Traditional Turkish Crafts (2014, Gazi University), and a bachelor's degree in Textile Weaving and Knitting Education (2011, Gazi University). She has published various articles, and book chapters nationally and internationally, exhibited works in collective exhibitions, and had two personal exhibitions titled "Spatial Separations" (2020, Ankara, Turkey) and "Reflections" (2022, Edirne, Turkey). The jacquard fabric design in Ph.D. study was granted a "Design Patent" by the Turkish Patent Institute (2019). Her primary research interests include Design, Creativity, Creative Thinking, Textile Design, Culture, and Innovation.
