Sara Ferreira Oliveira holds a Master's Degree in Applied Pharmacology and a Bachelor's Degree in Medicinal Chemistry. She previously completed a research fellowship for the project PS0774, which focused on evaluating the effects of a FAAH inhibitor on the retina. This project was funded by BIAL and conducted at the Coimbra Institute for Clinical and Biomedical Research (iCBR), Faculty of Medicine, University of Coimbra. Currently, she is a PhD student in the Doctoral Programme in Health Sciences, having previously been supported by a grant from the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT).
