Reihane Shafie Panah completed her bachelors degree in civil engineering from Kharazmi University in 2014, ranking fifth among all entrance applicants. She then hold an scholarship from the International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology (IIEES) and got her master degree in earthquake engineering, graduated in 2016, receiving an honorary degree as the top student among all.
