Inês João Pedroso Matias das Neves Luís

Inês M. Luís completed the M.Sc. in Biochemistry (with Specialization in Biomolecular Methods) in 2011 and a Degree in Biochemistry in 2009, both by Universidade de Aveiro. She attends the Ph.D. program Molecular Biosciences by Universidade Nova de Lisboa - Instituto de Tecnologia Química e Biológica, since 2016. Her Ph. D. focuses on the study of the posttranslational regulation of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase, a key enzyme of the C4-photosynthetic metabolism in maize. Inês published 8 articles in journals and has 1 book chapter. She has received 7 awards and/or honors and participates and/or participated as Research Fellow or Researcher in 6 projects.
