I am a Ph.D. candidate in Psychology at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, specializing in researching ways to cope with uncertainty in the workplace. I earned my M.A. in Psychology from Yasar University, focusing on the moderating role of emotion management in mobbing and burnout. With publications in Is ve Insan Dergisi and the International Journal of Organizational Analysis, I've also presented at prestigious conferences like EAWOP and ICPS. I am honored to be a recipient of the Iscte 3rd Cycle Scholarship before. Proficient in statistical analysis tools like SPSS, Mplus, Excel, and R. My research interests encompass uncertainty, leadership, teleworking, leadership effectiveness, negative affect, mindfulness, employee well-being, and adaptive performance.
