Ângela Cristina Marques de Oliveira completed her PhD in Computer Engineering in 2015 from the University of Beira Interior, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto in 2006 and a degree in Mathematics/Informatics in 1997 from the University of Beira Interior. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Technical-Scientific Unit of Informatics at the School of Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, where she held the position of Coordinator of the Technical-Scientific Unit of Informatics (2019) when she finished her term as President of the Pedagogical Council of the School of Technology. She is also a member of the General Council of the Castelo Branco Polytechnic Institute for the 2021-2025 term. His areas of research interest are: Image Processing, Computer Vision, Multimedia Products Development, 3D modeling and animation and, more recently, game development and AR & VR applications.
