Diana Isa de Oliveira Santos. I completed PhD in Food Science and Engineering (2021), Master's (2012) and Degree (2010), by School of Agriculture of the University of Lisbon. I am currently on a postdoctoral fellowship in Forest Research Centre (CEF) - Forest Management under Global Change Group. I have 15 publications to date – 13 peer-reviewed journals of which I served as lead author on 5 and which to date have accumulated over 181 citations; one a patent, one book chapter contribution – and 8 international conference presentations. I am well acquainted with communicating research outcomes in journals and at international conferences. I work in Food Sciencena and Engineering area, namely in fruit and vegetable by-products and biowaste; bioactive component; hydrostatic pressure, proteolytic enzymes, and hydrolysates.
