I’m an interdisciplinary scholar invested to studying in new ways of working and how they transform organising from a dialogical perspective. My research explores interactions in the workplace, with special attention to the role of digital transformation, considering the intersection among people, space, and technology. I privilege qualitative approaches (e.g., interviews, observations, and archival data) to conduct my research and teaching.
