I completed my Master's Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology in 2022 by ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, attaining full marks on my dissertation. Under Professor Diniz Lopes, I'm getting my PhD in Psychology at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, which I started in 2022. My project relates to the Individual effects of Cancel Culture and Cancelling prevention, and how those aspects lead to one feeling they must conduct themselves perfectly. I'm a scholarship researcher on a project related to Perceived Organizational Exploitation, led by Professor Sandra Costa. We have various exciting and innovative methodologies planned to tackle this topic and are quite confident we will attain exciting results, leading to various publications. I've also been hired to give lectures in Psychometrics to the undergraduate program in Psychology, as an Invited Assistant Lecturer, which has been an amazing experience. I have multiple papers in the works, which will hopefully be ready for publication in the following months. I have received an award for my presentation at the 2022 PhD Meeting in Psychology As of now, my fields of interest are social media, Cancel Culture, computer-mediated communication, social norms, perfectionism, and, in a more general sense, social psychology as a whole.
