SUSANA BASTOS. Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto - Porto Accounting and Business School. Integrated Member of Centre for Organisational and Social Studies at P. Porto (CEOS.PP). PhD in Education and Didactics from Aveiro University. Master in Accounting and Administration from Minho University. Degree in Management. Specialist in Accounting. Researcher in the fields of public accounting, accounting, sustainable accounting, soft skills, active methodologies and pedagogies to engage millennials and generation Z in studies. Coordinator of several European Projects, namely: CosKi21 – Core Skills for the 21st Century; SoCraTesT – Soft Skills & Creativity Assessment in Times of Crisis for Volunteers” and “Soft Skills Assessment for Teaching Millennials and Generation Z”. Coordinator of a Portuguese Project named Living Lab, responsible for the creation of a Balanced Score Card for a sustainable “Living Lab” in the municipality of Matosinhos.
