I am a PhD candidate in Information Management at NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS). I completed a Postgraduate course in Data Science from Uniderp University, Brazil, in 2020 and a Master's degree in Information Management from NOVA IMS, Portugal, in 2018. I received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Brasília, Brazil, in 2008. I am currently an IT Manager and have worked for the Brazilian federal government for 16 years, in the Ministry of the Environment. I served as technology project manager on more than 50 projects, many of which used agile methodologies (SCRUM), and nowadays I carry out planning and control activities for IT resources, management of configuration processes, security, connectivity, change and digital transformation of government services; public contract management and development of studies for IT acquisition; management and creation of IT governance policies; application of best IT practices (Cobit processes, BPM, PMI, etc.); configuration management, change management, continuity and problem management (ITIL); development and management of portals and systems (PHP, MySQL, Wordpress, Joomla); and IT process management. My research interests stem from the individual adoption of digital transformation technologies, encompassing topics such as social capital, social influence, life involvement, work-life conflict, technostress, performance management, knowledge management, organizational commitment, and behavioral management, with an emphasis on computer and information sciences. The second is a longitudinal study to investigate the impacts of collaborative system use on satisfaction, job performance and net benefits, considering the influence of the changes in relational capital brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. I have published one article in Heliyon, a specialized Q1 Information Systems journal.
