CARLA MANUELA AMARELO DOS SANTOS. Completed her PhD in Environmental Engineering on 05/29/2014 from the Instituto Superior Técnico University of Lisbon, holds the Master degree in Food Science and Technology on 07/29/1997 from the University of Lisbon and the Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology branch in 27/11/1994 by Instituto Superior Técnico University of Lisbon. She is a Guest Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. She has published 8 articles in specialized journals, and she has 3 book chapters. She organized 4 events.
