With an MBA in Management and Project Management (IPMA), she currently serves as a board member at INOV (RTO), Director of the Interface and Co-creation Unit, and Director at INESC-Services (a Shared Services Center-CSP). She has 20 years of proven experience dedicated to the modus operandi of technological infrastructures, innovation policies, and the preparation and management of large-scale R&D programmatic projects related to the creation of innovation networks and tech transfer. Furthermore, she has acquired expertise in business continuity, resilience, and, more recently, co-creation methodologies, which integrate collaborative research and innovation processes. Alongside her management activities, she actively participates in five H2020 projects primarily focused on Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and border security, where she coordinates one and holds overall responsibility for driving collaborative research efforts.
