Carolina Aparício Araújo
Carolina Aparício Araújo (Member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association; CP 25394) is a PhD student of Psychology (area:
Development and Psychopathology), at the School of Psychology of the University of Minho. She completed her Bachelor's degree
in Psychology at the University of Beira Interior in 2017 and her Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University
of Porto in 2019. She participated in different research projects during her curricular internship at the Laboratory of Neuropsychophysiology
of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto and in a project focused on the political
participation of young people in Portugal (University of Minho). Additionally, she was a research assistant at the Psychology
Research Centre (CIPsi) - University of Minho, from January to December 2023. Some of her skills involve planning and organisation,
critical thinking, time management, teamwork, strong sense of responsibility and autonomy, and a great interest in constant
learning. Other competences include data collection, processing, and analysis (statistical, EEG), scientific writing, experimental
protocols design, and knowledge on SPSS and E-Prime.
