Andreia Borges holds a PhD in Management (specialized in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior) and is social and organizational psychologist. She has previously worked in Human Resources and has experience as researcher in renowned public institutions. She is currently invited professor at ISCTE. Her research explores new ways of thinking about the social, ethical and environmental dimensions of business. Andreia also studies leadership and political behaviors that strengthen corporate action or enhance political capital.
