Mario Andre Leocadio-Miguel. Completed the PhD (2012) and Master (2006) in Human Physiology at the University of São Paulo. In 2002, he completed the Degree in Physiotherapy at Universidade Paulista. Currently, he works as Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil) and Visiting Professor at the University of Surrey (United Kingdom). Throughout his career, he published 18 articles in specialized magazines and participated in 3 funded research projects. Its body of work focuses on the areas of Basic Medicine and Psychology. He is currently interested in investigating the genetic, behavioural, electrophysiological and psychophysiological markers that cause sleep deprivation; and the association between chronodisruption and metabolic and autonomic dysregulation and pain in humans. The author of this CV has high skills in the areas of actigraphy (parameterisation, acquisition and data processing using the El-Temps and R Language software); electrophysiology (experimental design and data processing (EEG, EKG, Polysomnography) using EEGLAB (Matlab) and R Language) software; machine learning and big data analysis (database processing through R environment and Python).
