He completed the Bachelor's degree in Sports Science in 2013 (September 2010 to July 2013) from the University of Évora - School of Science and Technology, the Master's degree in Exercise and Health in 2015 (September 2013 to July 2015) and the Doctor of Philosophy in Human Motricity (branch of Exercise Physiology) in 2020 (beginning in December 2015, delivery of the thesis in June 2019 and defense in January 2020) by the Faculty of Human Kinetics - University of Lisbon. He is a teacher at the Osteoporosis Program (invited in his first year of Master's degree by Prof. Doctor Fátima Baptista - program at the Faculty of Human Kinetics for over 45 years). He is also a researcher at Instituto Superior Técnico - Laseeb (November 2019 to date) under the guidance of Prof. Doctor Agostinho Rosa. He published 4 articles in specialized journals. 3 of them as first author (2 in indexed journals in WoS). He has a vast knowledge in the area of ¿¿Exercise Physiology and specialization in the fields of EEG and Neurofeedback. He has already given some formation and participated as a speaker in internal workshops. He supervised undergraduate students in Athletics.
