I have a PhD in History, Philosophy and Heritage of Science and Technology (2022), by NOVA School of Science and Technology, a MSc in Developmental Biology (2010) and a BSc in Biology (2008). In my early career, I worked as a biologist and as a science communicator, but soon I understood the need to study History of Sciences in order to acquire new metodologies, tools and knowledge to have an active role in public debates regarding the interface of science ideas and societal issues. Due to my civic participation and political activity, I have a strong presence in the public space and in the media that I use to talk about science and scientific issues.
