Julia Menichetti is a research psychologist with 7 years of research expertise in clinical communication, qualitative methods, patient engagement. She has worked during her PhD in a research group experienced in patient engagement, where she collaborated in creating new tools, measures, and innovations in the field of patient engagement with high impact nationally and worldwide. She has also autonomously collaborated with other research groups in Milano and is since 2018 part of a strong research group leader in Norway in the field of clinical communication research and teaching. From when she started her research career in 2014, she has authored about 35 publications in peer-reviewed journals, and 3 book chapters, in the field of patient communication and education, psychological and healthcare interventions, patient engagement, and patient experiences. She is the first author of more than half of them, and the last author of 2 articles. This allowed her to reach an IF of 10 in Google Scholar (372 citations) and 9 in Scopus (218 citations) at the date of March 2021. She has also collaborated in grants applications to different funding sources, both regional, national (Italy, Norway) and European. In 2020, she obtained funding as project collaborator in 4 grant applications with start in the Summer of 2021. In these years, she also had the possibility to collect experience as clinical - group and individual ¿ psychologist, and to collect some teaching experience.
