Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering (July-2023) from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR-Campo Mourão). During college, participated in two scientific initiation projects, one related to microencapsulation of compounds for application in meat products, and another focusing on the valorization of fishery by-products. Additionally, during the undergraduate program, worked as a food engineering intern at HCT- Food Additives, where the internship involved developing new products and ensuring the quality control of finished goods. Master's degree in Quality Food and Safety (July-2023), obtained through the Dual Diploma project between UTFPR - Federal Technological University of Paraná, Brazil, and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB), Portugal. For the master's thesis, conducted research on the use of grapefruit bio-waste and evaluated the bioactivity of the obtained extracts. Won a research fellow at the Mountain Research Center, to work on the antimicrobial evaluation of plant extracts and finished products. Currently, is a PhD student in Biochemistry at Aveiro University with a research grant under the "Pacto da Bioeconomia Azul- Vertical Algas" working with the characterization of algae polysaccharides and their applications.
