Ernst Loreto is a PhD student and holds a master's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Coimbra, and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo. He currently works as a collaborator at CIAS (Centre for Research in Anthropology and Health) in the Technoscience, Society and Environment research group. He has also collaborated with the international research network Sci-Tech Asia. His research areas are the Anthropology of Nature, the Anthropology of Figuration and Chinese Studies.
