Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Coimbra, Faculty of Sciences and Technologies. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she acquired experience in various laboratory techniques such as cell culture, western blots, and immunocytochemistry, among others. Currently is a Master's student in Biomedical Research at the University of Coimbra, Faculty of Medicine. During her thesis, she is involved in the project 'Polymer brush grafted exosomes for microRNA delivery through the blood-brain barrier (BBB). She has gained expertise in the isolation of extracellular vesicles, modifications of extracellular vesicles, and assessment of in vivo and in vitro behavior.
