Holding an Engineering degree in Computer Science, a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and multiple technical-level courses, Luis Brito is an experienced executive with over 25 years in Operational and Management roles. As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a luxury jerseywear provider, he steered a small family-owned business into a growing company and segment leader. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a growing luxury textile group, he presided over the expansion of the operational/productive segment of the company through multiple M&A operations. For over 15 years he served/serves as the Head of R&D, being responsible for multiple projects validated by the National Research Agency (ANI). Research that complements over 20 peer reviewed publications on international conferences and journals. Simultaneously, as a member of the Board of Directors at a leading IT Managed Services group, he has accompanied the sustained growth and international expansion namely to the UK and Brazil through M&A operations. Luis Brito also operates his private consulting services company in the fields of management, R&D, and real-estate, serving as both CEO and COO. He has experience with private-equity partners and operations.
