He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at FEUP in Portugal. He previously completed his BSc. in 2017 at Qazvin Islamic Azad University in Iran, followed by an MSc. in Civil Engineering, where he ranked 2nd among peer students (2019). In 2022, He began pursuing a Ph.D. in railway engineering under the supervision of Professor Cecilia Vale and Dr. Araliya Mosleh. In addition to his Ph.D. studies, He was employed as a Ph.D. student researcher on the WAY4SAFERAIL project, which focuses on wayside monitoring systems for safe rail transportation. Currently, he is working as a Ph.D. student fellow on the Smart Wagon project. His main research interests are: 1) running safety assessment of trains, 2) vehicle-structure interaction; 3) Condition monitoring of railway tracks; 4) wayside technologies for condition monitoring; 5) Vehicle dynamics; 6) Damage detection algorithms.

2019/02/10 - 2019/02/13 participants were typically introduced to the basic concepts and principles of finite element analysis, as well as the various features and capabilities of the Plaxis 2D software. The workshop included both theoretical and practical sessions, where participants were guided through the process of setting up and running a Plaxis 2D analysis. Some of the topics that were covered during a Plaxis 2D workshop include soil and rock mechanics, geotechnical modeling, boundary conditions, material models, and visualization of results.
