Adalberto Fernandes

Adalberto Fernandes, (PhD in Philosophy, MA in Communication, MA in Bio-Ethics, BA in Communication) is a researcher at CinTurs - Research Center for Tourism, Sustainability and Well-being (University of Algarve) and collaborator at the Institute of Contemporary History (NOVA University Lisbon) in the FCT-funded Project CEMA. He has authored 25 articles and chapters and 20 presentations on communication, media, journalism, participation, festivals, events, trust, risk, science and health communication, political communication, censorship, biopolitics, bioethics, memes, cinema, environment, multiverse, critical discourse analysis, visual analysis, and Michel Foucault. He serves as a member of the editorial commission for Kairos - Journal of Philosophy & Science.
