Mariana França Gouveia

Mariana França Gouveia is a full professor and former Dean of NOVA School of Law and currently the President of the Scientific Board. She is also a partner at VdA - Attorneys at Law LLC. She is the one of the coordinator of the NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum Knowledge Center and director of the Master's in Litigation and Arbitration (NOVA School of Law). She has taken part in more than 30 arbitrations (domestic and international) as arbitrator, counsel and administrative secretary. Research fields: civil procedure / alternative dispute resolution / mediation / arbitration.
